If you add a small picture, it will be stretched automatically to the desired format, but if you add a big picture, you have better chances to keep the aspect ratio and its graphical visibility to an accepted point.
I downloaded and installed the software from Internet and I can't get it to view an email with a paperclip. I receive "This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action. Create an association in the Folder Options from Control Panel" message. What can I do?

First, right-click on the file you want to open, select Properties and click the General tab. Check the information next to Type of file and close the window. After that, if you're using Windows XP or below, go to Start > Control Panel > Folder Options, select the File Types tab, click New, type the file extension from the previous step and press OK. If you're using Windows Vista or above, go to Start > Control Panel > All Control Panel Items > Default Programs > Set Associations, locate the file format in the Name list and click Change Program. After that, use the Browse option to select Microsoft Office PowerPoint Viewer and click OK. If it still doesn't work, go to Start, type regsvr32 /i shimgvw.dll and press Enter a couple of times.

The simple way to create an association of a file with the correct program for opening it is as follows Right click on a .pps file then select Open With. If you dont find the appropriate prog here then at the end of drop down option includes "Choose Program", click on that. A new window will offer you some choices, but if you still do not find the choices, than click on browse button to Powerpoint (pptview.exe --mine is in C:Program FilesMicrosoft OfficePowerPoint Viewer), click on it, I think it will open with PowerPoint.
This is not an error but a default setting applied to the documents. Go to Draw ribbon and you can change the default style of the newly created documents.
